We hope you all is getting into gear and have started off 2019 great, after Christmas and New Year.
Nicolai has been in full swing with organising things ahead of next season. With help from his new personal trainer Ryan McLean and nutritionist Luke Long, Nicolai is getting right into things at the moment where he is trying to get back to a structured day and training routine after New Year.
Obviously after last seasons success, the team is striving a little higher in 2019 which also means that there is a little more work going on behind the scenes.
Piotr, his mechanic, is currently building 3 new bikes and restoring 2 of last years bikes for the British League back in the European base in Ostrow.
As most of you know, all Nicolai’s clubs is in place which sees him heading into a very busy season with between 4-5 meetings a week, when Sweden and Denmark starts in May.
At the moment though he is trying to find new possible partners in England who is willing to be involved with the team, but also catching up with current partners. At the end of this week he will be in Poole on Thursday and Friday and at the end of next week he will fly to Denmark where he will be going to a training camp with his Danish team Holsted.
So lots of things going on at the minute, with just around 2 months to go before the season starts.
